1、呼叫中心对外服务号码为12345，中标方提供的呼叫中心平台中继落地号码为12345，我方对接入该号码享有专用权，中标方应保证专号专用；该号码可[接入呼出]时间为[24]小时，周[一]至周[日] [00:00]－[24:00]提供人工服务。 2、中标方负责提供呼叫中心相关资源及服务，提供呼叫中心座席数量不少于[8]个，并负责热线的具体运营管理工作：包括服务人员的招聘、培训、排班、现场管理、质检、考核。 3、中标方提供的服务专线电话应能实现[自动语音导航、坐席录音]等功能。 4、其他要求：[中标方提供的话务平台录音文件标准保存期限为3个月，超过3个月的内容可由我方完成拷贝迁移工作，中标方提供必要的协助与配合。]
